PERACETICO PLUS is a water-soluble disinfectant powder based on Sodium Percarbonate and Tetracetylethylenediamine.

Peracetico Plus is a decontaminant, disinfectant, sporicidal and cold sterilizer for invasive medical devices found in hospitals and in medical and dental clinics. Used for rapid cold sterilization, it acts with a wide range of action against pathogenic microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi, mycobacteria, viruses and spores.

Sterilize in 10 minutes, disinfect in 5 minutes.

Safe and non-toxic, environmentally friendly, it does not require treatment to be disposed of.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Preparing the soaking solution:

  • prepare the necessary warm water in the appropriate tray, checking that the temperature is around 35 °C to facilitate the dissolution of the powder.
  • pour the dose of use based on the activity sought
  • mix the solution until you obtain a clear blue solution.
  • wait 15 minutes before using the solution.

Decontamination/Disinfection:

  • use 8 g per liter of water and immerse the instruments in the solution for 10 minutes.
  • If organic residue persists, wash using an appropriate detergent.
  • after immersion remove instruments and rinse.
  • for the activity described, the solution remains active for a maximum of 7 days from preparation (depending on the quantity of instruments treated).

Sporicidal activity:

  • use 8 g per liter of water and immerse the instruments in the solution for 10 minutes.
  • for the activity described the solution remains active for a maximum of 24 hours from preparation.

High Level Disinfection/Cold Sterilization:

  • use 16 g per liter of water and immerse the instruments in the solution for 10 minutes.
  • after immersion, remove the instruments and rinse with sterile water.
  • dry and store aseptically.
  • for the activity described the solution remains active for a maximum of 24 hours after preparation.
